Personally, I would say you have to be a couple steps above what Deviant Art typically shits out. But that varies so much from art to art, and person to person, that it isnt any sort of appropriate measure.

I have some critique if you don't mind.
The hands look all fucked up, because the knuckle joints are too defined, and the Ulna too prominent. Also, perfect symmetry, such as you have here with the mirrored hands, is extremely jarring, I think you should just redraw one of the hands so that it's a bit different.
It also kind of looks like Korra is up against a wall, rather than laying on her back. One way to remedy this would be to have her hair splayed in such a way that it would defy gravity if she were standing up.
Also, it's kind of weird that the chathead and the CG artstyles don't match, but otherwise, looking good!

This is so that updates to the game can be done through git, rather than having to redownload everything each time. E.G. if you actually use git to download it initially, then subsequent updates will be in the kb range.
