I haven't seen a line for cloth from Bambinos. I think their only cloth option is one of the Total Dry Plus lines they carry and I'm not sure which one has which backing. The website says the Total Drys are supposed to be similar to their Bambino lines, but I don't know how true that holds up. You might want to do some research on that.
Outside of that, some other cloth options that I can think of are the Abena Premium Airplus, Northshore AirSupremes, and ABU Cushies.
