Off the top of my head there's Eddie Brock's ex-wife who became Venom for a short while, Scourge, Scream, a clone of Mayday Parker in the MC2 universe is part symbiote. I believe Lasher is a female symbiote - well, as female as they come - but lately Lasher's host is a dog, so...
There's a sort-of-symbiote, called Payback. She's basically a one off character. Only appeared around the time of Civil War, if I remember right. Funnily though, her whole thing is that the symbiote gets fed when she's happy, rather than the others which, more or less, feed off of negative emotions. So the precedent is there for a symbiote which feeds off orgasms.
Beyond that, there's a handful of other symbiote characters, but they're just times when a regular symbiote, usually Venom, takes over a person. Pic related.

They feed on Phenylalanine, a chemical produced by the brain which is linked to emotions. It's also present in chocolate, so for a while Eddie was gorging himself on not-Hershy bars to keep the symbiote happy.
When Carnage resurrected most recently he lost his first major engagement against Spiderman and Iron Man thanks in part to a young woman who lost an arm, which was had a symbiote for a proxy. It's purple/pink, if I recall. Don't remember if it's sentient yet; it was quite young. Is that Payback?

Most of the source materials are fucking awful and the attitudes of the creators of said symbiotes are cringe inducing, just as much as the characters. Only once I can reccomend is mercutio17 because he writes great fapfics and commissions art. Doesn't make his characters have cringe endusing motivations.
