Can't say for sure. Doxy had another account deleted recently, but I've heard that it happens automatically when enough people report a user. I've also read that Tumblr has next to no real moderation by human beings so it stands to reason that it could just be the awful community self-destructing. That said, it wouldn't surprise me if those running the thing are deleting or making the adult content harder to find in an effort to make it look more 'professional'.

Tumblr has an unwritten delete first and not ask questions later policy. If you piss off or offend the wrong person, and they report you enough, your blog is gone with no inquiries from the staff. Doesn't matter if you actually broke a rule or not. One of the fields for reporting on Tumblr is legit for things that hurt your feelings or you just don't like. "This is offensive or gross." or something like that.
After that, you'd be lucky to get a hold of Tumblr staff to get your blog back.

HF has a "quality control" process making it basically impossible for beginners to upload things. The general style, coloring, and lighting made all their porn look like it was made by tryhard edgelords who heavily reference real porn images since they can't construct their own poses, which only makes the work read as more boring for me. Pixiv has been getting a lot better at being non-Japanese user friendly, and virtually anything goes there.
The only issue of course is you're supposed to censor genitals, but they're pretty lax and I've seen plenty of uncensored stuff there, mostly from Western artists. You might get a warning sooner or later, but you can still keep up all your previously uploaded works which is cool.
