The top one has been 'updated' to v0.40. However the dev basically just released the source info and everything, along with the unfinished new content for that version and said he will no longer be working on it.
The dev version he released is pretty interesting if you have any interest in working on a text adventure of your own.

Most likely it was made by smushedboy I recognize his style of wide angle pov. As for the site. From what I can tell it's basically like any sizebooru/giantessbooru but with a different administration team and the site navigation is slightly different. From a comic sellers perspective it's probably a dream come true since the ex katlyn guy is offering to let artist make 100% of their comic sales.
