I'm looking for ones where a guy becomes a girl without anyone else knowing, or only known by a few people who transformed him. Especially if he's taking on a full life that already exists, not just being genderbent. Preferably he has to go to school as a girl. Lets say that Batmite recently discovered the existence of Rule 63, and decided to search for it, ending up reading doujishini where Batman is genderswaped into a highschool girl and has bizarre enconters with tentacles. He fired a grapple line and quickly made his way over to the GCPD building, where Commissioner Gordon, Harvey Bullock, and surprisingly, Renee Montoya, now the superheroine Question, awaited her.
Question opened the dialogue. "Bit of a riddle for you, Bats," she said. "What's the last thing you'd expect to happen to you right now?"

Whatever he'd imagined fell far short of the reality. Things were as Gordon had said. But he hadn't imagined the villains-turned-vixens would be quite so lovely, each perfect body gloriously adorned by a skimpy outfit that parodied their previous costume. It took a significant amount of control not to pop a stiffy at the sight of them.
When they caught sight of him they went mad. Some dropped to their knees in obesiance. Others adopted seductive poses. Still others stripped and pressed their bodies up against the glass of their cells. All of them begged and pleaded for him to fuck them, to be allowed to serve him.
