From what I gather someone drew fan art of SU and got barraged with criticisms about not being diverse enough to draw them "correctly" and pretty much bullied them until the actual creators told them to fuck off.
I think its an ongoing problem of people getting hit with shit for not drawing what is "accepted" in each fandom. Porn artists getting hit the most.

Doxy is fucking amazing. I would say that Owler, Doxy and KHYU are my top 3 of tumblr34 artists. But Owler and obviously KHYU have been lacking in content.
R4 Is good, and it makes sense that he draws similar to Doxy because he learned from Doxy's tutorials but he's not quite there yet. Theres still some iffyness to his drawings, but it's definitely getting better. He does have his own style though, I could pick out Doxy's art from R4 with ease.
