It wasn't definitively, but like so much in this clusterfuck it's in limbo due to him being a western artist and all the rampant deletions going on on /d/. More than anything it seems to represent a fracturing of the board's base rather than a specific declaration on Dmitrys' stuff, but the people into it were also into Incase, Lucien, Sparrow and other prominent western artists who DID get axed so the Dmitrys fans came along for the most part.
There is a Dmitrys thread on /d/, but as someone who has posted updates from his site before, I'm not going to bother posting anything of his there if I don't know for sure it's not just going to get deleted.
