The problem with unpopular series is that sometimes you have no other way of enjoying them while waiting for the manga but to read the LN/WN and discuss those, yet /jp/'s userbase is vastly different from /a/'s and making a thread over there ends up with you getting shitposted to page 404 or getting your thread deleted on /a/. This is because mods are low level fags and most don't even watch anime and are nerds.
This is only a problem with unpopular series, like I said. You won't see an Overlord thread getting deleted for LN discussion any time soon.

Or, in other words, what would happen if Shiro tried to take any of her classmates back to Earth? Since the System directly meddles with their soul to manifest skills once you take them out of said System and to another world does their soul implode or stay fine?
Shiro already separated herself from the System prior to traveling to Earth so she can't exactly be used as a case study.

These 2 are actually the minority when you consider the Isekai genre. "Save it from destruction" is usually avoided or has a 'twist" since thats cliche as fuck, even more than the RPG tropes.
And Magic Academy in isekai usally doesn't exist(BUT THE GODDAMN GUILDS DO) or in the majority of the cases is simply not a focus of the the story(Although of course you have stuff like Magi's Grandson..but you know, very few of those)
