He finally returns home to find all of his belongings were already sold, his family's disowned him, and he's only got a few thousand left in his bank account. He takes it all and buys a cheap little prefab and makes a living fishing down by the pier. Catch a few fish, keep what he needs for dinner, sell the rest. Buy some canned drinks and cigarettes, then just while away the day. People come by and tell him he's not living his life correctly, but he just dispenses wisdom back at them, making them realize that they don't live "properly" either. In the end, MC dies from the Deadly Japanese Cold (TM) because insulation is more important than he thought.

The little boy's name is the same as the transfer student who confessed to her and got her in this mess.
Thus starts a tale of first loves and the nature of fate.
Twist comes later when she discovers that there is more than one guy she's come to know through her travels.

If I were to make an anime, I'm going to make it about Oreos. The main character is going to be a high school student obsessed with Oreos. He has an addiction to these delicious cookies. The main love interest is a Tsundere girl that takes away his Oreos to help him, while the rival is a Yandere girl that gives him free Oreos. The two girls fight each other arguing what's best for the main character. The Tsundere girl wants to help curb his addiction, seeing it as too much. The Yandere girl believes he's entitled to do what he enjoys, and nobody should tell him any different.
His addiction eventually consumes him and soon others want him to stop. The only person that doesn't is the Yandere girl. He will secretly hide Oreos from his family and eat them when nobody is around. He spends a lot of money on the Oreos and this causes strife between himself and his friends. He would rather eat Oreos than be with them.
Eventually action takes place. Almost everyone hides his Oreos. He struggles to quit the Oreos, due to the nice Yandere girl, as she provides him Oreos as another source. The Tsundere girl finds out about the Oreos from the Yandere and gets insanely jealous. She decides to dress up as an Oreo and cover herself with cream.
The boy then falls in love with the Tsundere girl. Not to be outdo, the Yandere girl also covers herself in cream.

The main character is in his final year of college with a group of friends that are all determined to be successful. They're an extremely tight group but they all decide to go their separate ways in order to grow. They promise to return to each other one day when they've all finally made it.
The main character is an artist and gets an offer from a school in the states to continue his studies. On his flight over there are complications and the plane crashes; he blacks out.
He wakes up in an unfamiliar place and the first arc is him coming to terms with his situation in this strange new world (think magical realism). The second arc is him making relationships with people in this new world and low-key discovering that there's a way for him to return home. The third arc is him struggling with his decision to leave. It ends with him leaving without telling anyone.
When he returns to his original world he discovers that all of his friends failed to move on. They're all living in a similar fashion to before and he begins to view his relationships with them as shallow. He's mentally strained and doesn't know what to do. He drinks himself into the gutter and passes out.
He wakes up in the strange world and finds that everyone he bonded with feels betrayed. He now doesn't belong to either world and he struggles to come to terms with his reality. He proceeds to phase in and out of both worlds. During this arc he rediscovers his passion and strives to paint his own reality.
He begins work on a large scale mural in both worlds. He obsesses over it and it consumes all of his time. Old friends visit him. Some of them try telling him that he's wasting his life and that he should move on. Others reconnect with him after seeing him live with such determination.

However, trouble ensues when the friends he makes in high school end up being related to his colleagues and teachers from college, and he finds himself having to juggle both his increasingly difficult and time-consuming high school life in a girl's body and his growing relationships with people from college who grow worried from his repeated absence from classes due to his other character, as well as the threat of the superior beings' characters and clans, who are on the lookout for him since the glitch.
