The next episode will be the school going into martial law as controlled by the invisible storm, complete with armbands for everyone. Meanwhile Lulu and Kureha will talk about the truth and what they think, while figuring out that Yuriika send the letter and manipulated them. Ginko will show up at the end and leave with a cliffhanger as she attacks one of the girls who is protected by the other.
Episode 11 they'll bring Ginko back, and the next episode and a half until the end it's them versus the invisible storm, trying to change the entire system. It ends with the Severance Barrier breaking down somehow with the Judgemens falling from the sky saying "Shabadadu", "Shiny shine", and "How cool".

No I saw Mawaru Penguin Drum and quite a bit of Utena at an anime club back in the day. Never liked either much nor saw the apparently ingenious usage of themes and ideas. I guess I'm just not into the weird creepy fringe stuff and have a certain limit when it comes to anime where something crosses over from being stimulating to just kind of laughable and looking like somebody is just kind of desperate for attention and recognition of some kind. He honestly reminds me a ton of Shinbo who he supposedly influenced except somehow even weirder and creepier.
