Kizu, and Dimension W will be good sabuga anime in winter. Other than that probably what worth to watch are BokuMachi, Shouwa Genroku, Active Raid, and Grimgal. Also I expect good animation in Macross Delta (Based Nakayama), HeroAca, and Mob Psycho.

Kekkai Sensen - Matsumoto Rie working outside of Toei and with Bones budged was a joy to watch. She personally handled or helped with storyboards for all episodes expect for one.

Junketsu no Maria #? - The episoded which showcased extremely realistic close-range medieval military combat. I forgot which one was that, sorry.

OP - GARO: Guren no Tsuki - Perfect colour balance and soft picture lead proving that even extremely limited animation can create extremely expressive visual. Bonus points for fascinating song handled by JAM Project.

Ninja Slayer - I think it was episode 22 where there was extremely well-handled scene of Dark Ninja landing and jumping again. It was close-up so only part of the motion was visible (upper body) but the scene was so fluid and so realisically portraying movement it surprised me. It was like only two seconds long but it came out of nowhere.
