One observation.
Yhwach appears to have the same passive healing factor that Ichigo has.
He impaled himself with his own arrows and had veins literally bursting in his face in the latest chapters, but he recovered in no time at all. It's similar to how Ichigo closes wounds and stops bleedings with his Blut, but it looks like he's healing them rather than just stopping the bleeding so I won't chalk this up to a standard Quincy ability.

I think you're slightly confused
I meet people all the time that think that greatly enjoying being with someone is love.
They don't really understand that love (in the eros sense if you will) is about that person having a special place in your heart that matches your own desires.
You want to go out. But the person you love wants to stay in. To yourself, both have equal weight, and you must decide to give up your enjoyment for theirs or not.
If they love you as well, it's really a no-lose situation. You give up sometimes, they give up sometimes, it's give and take, it's what makes it work.
But Naruto never had an emotional bond like that, partially because he always put everyone on the same level as himself. It wasn't until after his talk with his mom that he started to really consider how his own actions can make an impact for those he cares about.
Ichigo is not so differently, basically putting all people into the same category "people who need protecting"
Until he realizes that he has to view other people's interests (at least one other person I mean) on par with his own (and judging by his actions, and constant harassment by his elders, he has not) then he's not going to understand what love is.
But Ichigo doesn't have the excuse of being a deeply hated orphan boy that Naruto had. Ichigo has an extremely devoted and loving family, so he at least understands the concept of filial love.

There's a lot of feelings that are very obvious and established just to fuck with the characters a certain way though. You have the Aizen-Hinamori-Hitsugaya thing, Kenpachi and Unohana clearly had a hard on for each other and Gin did everything for Rangiku while she was pining for him for years.
