If The reason guts was able to was his raw strength, with more strength due to His berserk state. Then Teressa Has a high chance of beating Femto.
BUT if guts was able to move his sword because of his emotional RAGE against femto, Then chances are Femto would kill Teressa, since Teressa would have no way to counter the "freeze".

Both have a history of somehow emerging victorious from battles with monsters that are physically superior. So going by pure strength on either side is a stupid comparison and Claire would clearly win. However there is no such thing as magic in the Claymore-verse and
the Berserk endgame clearly is killing Femto who is a reality warping chaos god I'd bet on Guts. Remember: For all the flashy fighting and whatever-the-fuck dream sequences in the end, Claymores are basically genetic experiments bound to laws of "physics" in their universe. Guts fights foes that break these laws in his universe.

The closest thing Claymore has to magic are aura-related abilities (sensing, healing, manipulation) but those only work on yoma or other half-breeds. Galatea couldn't use her brain-scrambling powers on beings with no youki, for example.
