It's certainly animated well. I'm going in with the expectation that the story will be garbage and try my best to enjoy it. If not then theres other fish in the sea. Only KyoAni show I ever enjoyed was Euphonium. Kyoukai no Kanata I watched because I was hoping for an incest scene. I don't think their stuff is bad or anything.
