Luluco is good, but the Inferno Cop episode in somehow the most serious episode in the whole series.

Inferno Cop was only thing about that anime.
I liked it. It was a fun time-waster. Although most of what makes it really memorable in the end was the announcement for the Little Witch Academia TV series.
It was good.
The only point to watching Luluco is to experience the LWA announcement with /a/, which you didn't.

Light 7/10.
Had a great first episode and a pretty solid ending. The only downside was the middle arc which became so self-referential that at some point it becomes indistinguishable from watching someone masturbating.
