Her personality remains the same between DR2 and DR3, in spite of DR2 Chiaki clearly having no memories of what life outside VR is like, and being specifically designed a tool for therapy.
This isn't a ton of evidence, but I don't think there's any good evidence that she's real, so I'm going to keep pursuing this theory until it's proven wrong by something in the show.
