The line is being repeated in the original. Not word for word, but in meaning. If you look at the Japanese, the syntax makes it seem like they're two different sentences because the verb is left out for the line in p70, but it's clearly implying that the line should read something along the lines of "return to being weapons." I just happened to translate it this way but it's not the only way to do it.
