Currently, Ram is still in love with the Clown, but there's Gaaf who loves her. We can hope she loves him back.
In Rem's case, we could get a similar scenario, a new male character who will love her, and she could fall for him as well.
It's not like Subaru is the only boy in the series, Remfags. Rem can be happy anyway. It would be a great character development if she was able to fall for another guy, since her obsession over Subaru is unhealthy. She sees him like a hero. At least Subaru started to see Emilia like a normal girl.
