I'm probably inclined into saying it's Avenger. Story about some survivor on a spaceship that falls on this mars colony where everything turned basically into a mad max-esque future. She's a badass and doesn't talk, to the point of looking like a retard and takes this girl that pretends to be a robot with her around as she fights bad guy. At the end it turns out the girl was some kind of magical princess that can use her psychic power to fill Mars with water, setting Avenger as the prequel to Aria I guess.
One of the most useless, boring and directionless series I've ever seen. Catchy op from Ali Project though.

Calling the Steins;Gate anime "garbage" is an exaggeration but it really isn't worthy of the reverence it receives. It's just a serviceable adaptation that does nothing to improve upon its superior source material. And honestly, the plot isn't that good to start with. It's carried entirely by its characters.

Not him but it literally felt like watching paint dry. The characters were bland and their interactions weren't very interesting. Couple that with inexperienced VAs and lazy animation and you get a very bland forgettable series which could fit into some definition of garbage.
What annoyed me more was the threads which were abysmal circlejerks. Maybe you could enjoy it if you buy into the romantic idea of the countryside but other than that, it has very little to offer.
