Incorrect, you are mistaken. Kaname, Makina and Reina all sing around the same range. JUNNA also isn't limited in her ranges, in fact she has the most diverse and flexible. The girl can literally switch from deep and powerful ranges, to high typical ranges, to various other ranges. Just listen to Koi halation the war (without Freyja), Ichido Dake no Koi Nara, and Uncertain cosmic movement for valid examples. Kaname is really great at harmonizing her voice with everyone though, Makina has the hardest time. While JUNNA and Minori are superb together. The last verse of Ikenai Borderline (album version) with Mikumo and Freyja singing together transcends their voices individually. They should do songs like that more often, word for word at the same pitch.

I doubt it. It's the fact that she doesn't have the strongest runes (Heinz) or highest fold receptor factor (Mikumo), that makes Freyja special and amazing.
Freyja is a normal Winderemere girl who will save the galaxy by making her voice echo throughout the galaxy. It is her determination and resolve to connect the hearts of her people with the other races of the galaxy and end the unnecessary conflict by singing. It sounds silly, but Freyja loves singing, and through the power of song her runes will touch the hearts of many, just by the strength of the emotion of her resolve.
I remember in a recent interview, Kawamori stated he regretted making DYRL ending with a weapon. He would have wanted it to have ended by just purely Minmay's song reaching the zents. That's probable what he is aiming for with Freyja.
This route also explains the final holy triangle in the series. Mikumo with her incredible strong fold receptor value, is weakening for some strange reason. She doesn't know why she sings, and as such she isn't able to connect her songs with people or the runes naturally like Kaname and Freyja did (they have a strong resolve). Although she was able to force the ruins to obey her using her raw strength before getting knocked out.
Heinz, while he has the strongest runes, cannot connect the hearts of his people and the galaxy. Due to his lack of resolve, or misplaced reason for singing, her can only resort to mind control. However our average heroine Freyja, with her non average determination and resolve will shake the galaxy with her heart.

I'm not sure Heinz is even that powerful. What makes him powerful is the use of the protoculture tech. But, at one point, Mikumo and Freyja were able to match him when they sang into the ruins.
But, as a plot device, Epsilon is always ramping up the tech. Next battle, that fortress will be running at 95% efficiency and practically nothing will be able to stop it. It's not Heinz. It's that protoculture battleship.
I have no doubt that they'll end up singing together though, to put to rest the big bad. But, I'm not of a view that Heinz is anything but a royal little singer. He gets attention because of that. Not because he's essentially special. Freyja seems more special than he does (with his techno booster).
Still holding out for Freyja singing Ai Oboete Imasu Ka. Maybe in ep 22 everything will go to shit and she'll sing that song as she sacrifices herself and transcends a la madoka style.
