I want to see someone who can upgrade Quirks. Like, they could change Bakugou's normal abilities to be like Killer Queen's, and anything he touches could explode, rather than producing explosions himself. That's just an example, though.
The traitor basically has to have these traits:
1. Not be anyone whose backstory was largely explained
2. Anyone who hasn't actively fucked up the VA's plans. Momo, Todoroki, Kendo, TetsuTetsu, Kirishima, Iida, Tsuyu, Grapes, Shouji, Aoyama, and Tokoyami are out since they've either taken out members VA, directly assisted in doing so, or nearly/definitely fucked up their plans. Beating up the nameless mooks at USJ doesn't really count since I imagine they were sacrificial, but beating up the strike team or attacking Shiggy/BlackMist directly counts.
3. Had the ability to transmit or confer where the training camp was moved. This is limited to Class 1-A, 1-B, and the UA faculty.
My money is on Monoma because he's an asshole, didn't get a scratch during the camp, it's kinda weird that he'd fail his exam yet his partner wouldn't (he was the only class 1-B kid in remedial), and honestly his look is perfect for the whole "I was evil all along" stinger page we'll inevitably get where the traitor puts on their villain face.

Shouji cannot be the traitor since he was part of the group that tried to stop the Bakagou capture and successfully saved Tokoyami. If he was the traitor he would not have rescued Tokoyami.

All Might's detective friend certainly seems a suspect since we keep seeing the guy and his connection with All Might isn't explained at all other than them being close friends. If the detective is the plant however he's really bad at his job because he literally led the police raid on Shiggy's hideout and they certainly as fuck didn't know he was coming. I doubt AFO wanted what happened even if him taking out All Might one way or another was something he considered good.
Kaminari being the way he is wouldn't be a bad suspect but his attitude is kinda...unsuited for it? Unless it's all some incredible act but that would look really stupid on reveal.
