I never really liked Pucci that much. Something I really liked about Dio/DIO, Kars, and Kira, Valentine (eventuallty) and to a lesser extent about Diavolo is that they were all equallty evil, and enjoyable so, but in completely different ways.
Dio is a narcissist holier then thou emperor type character, who revels in how evil he is. Kars is goal orientated and pragmatic, and isn't overtly evil, but is totally ruthless in pursing his endgame. Kira is a sadist pervert who is a serial killer, and is destructive just by nature, Valentine is a well intentioned extremist who is doing what he thinks is best for his country at all costs, etc
Pucci is just... meh. He's not particularly motivated in a clearly understandable and enjoyable ways, and his goals are a little too abstract. Araki should have focused a bit more on the religious undertones of Dio being pucci's prophet and his will being the will of God, so Pucci could represent religious evil.

The visuals are fucking excellent and the song is decent but growing on me. It's one of the weakest OPs when it comes to music but possibly the best when it comes to actual visual content. I like it though and it's only gonna last for one cour and we'll get another which hopefully combines the lighthearted tone of CNBT with the more serious nature of chase. The final cour is pretty much a mix of wacky shit like aliens and bike races with heavier stuff like anything Kira related so it'd fit perfectly.
