Volume 13 came out recently and it's absolutely fucking hilarious how much Inazuma made this arc into HOTD.
Go to page 60-70 and it turns in HotD except with drug zombies obsessed with rape.
Mikoto runs around with the busty teacher EXACTLY like Saeko and Shizuka except the teacher turns out to be a member of Triage and was friends with Yuuko.
Then the students do the opposite of the ones in HotD and ban together to fight the drug rape zombies.
It's amazing.
You don't really need to understand what they're saying, and if you've seen more than 20 anime you should get the general gist of it.
