Comparing how differently he thinks about being apart from them is interesting. What's also interesting is how Rem actually came to his mind -first- when he wants to be healed. The way he misses Rem after only a few hours seems genuine, but his freakout about Emilia has the dark hand specifically mentioned in it.
I thought Remfags might have just been bullshitting about him actually being in love with Rem, as it seemed to be wishful thinking at the time, but there are still little moments like that which show up. I'm not sure if I'm giving into the delusion or if that's exactly what the subtext is telling us.

When Subaru runs towards the mansion, the only thing in his mind is finding someone to acknowledge his existence. He even starts screaming for help because he felt like no one was left in this world to acknowledge he was worth something. Rem wasn't even there in his thoughts. Actually, Subaru just left her body there because he prioritized finding someone alive in the mansion.
I won't deny Subaru cares a lot about Rem. Hell, actually there's an scene where Subaru admits he loves Emilia but Rem also makes him feel something, and that he thinks he was a piece of shit for that. In this same scene Rem also says she was okay with being Subaru's number 2 wife, and Subaru also said only if Emilia allowed polygamy. Rem tells Subaru that they have to convince Emilia when they get back.
There's plenty of Rem-Subaru scenes, but you guys exaggerate way too much with the little details that have absolutely nothing to do with it, and that's painful to read.
