The FAR were hyper-advanced and sent devices to manipulate the evolution of life across the galaxy to other worlds, known as Seeds of Life. Under FAR rule, no two seeds could exist on the same planet as it would create a being two powerful should the seeds fuse. The seeds traveled in vessels known as Moons and inside they carried a Lance of Longinus (control device meant to act in case of catastrophe) and a dead sea scroll (control manual to explain all this to any who may encounter it).
A seed carrying the Fruit known of Adam landed on pre-life earth in the White Moon, and began to grow life there. They were gifted with the Fruits of Life, powerful and abnormal appearing beings. These would become the Angels. However due to a malfunction, another black moon carrying the seed of life known as Lilith crashed into Earth. Known as first impact, the black moon was badly damaged and Lilith crashed into what would become modern-day Japan. Two seeds now occupied the same planet, and the lance of longinus' went into action. As Lilith's lance was destroyed in the crash, Adam's activated and put him into stasis along with his offspring, the Angels. Thus Lilith was free to grow and inherit the earth despite it originally being intended to Adam
billions of years later sometime after WWII, an ancient secret society that controlled much of world affairs (i.e. Illuminati) known as SEELE somehow discovered the Dead Sea Scrolls of Lilith's black moon. Learning of the FAR, seeds of life, lance, etc., they became determined to begin the human instrumentality project (more to come on what that entails). From the scroll SEELE recovered Lilith beneath Tokyo and established the Geofront.

Upon finding what they thought was Adam, the Angel would fuse with it and finish the doomsday of humanity that it had tried to begin.
