Since we can't predict the future, lets recap what Casca has done the previous times she had to choose between Guts and Griffith:
During the duel at the snowy hill, even Judeau noticed she was falling in love with Guts. Casca could've gone after Guts and stayed with him, yet she chose to stay with Griffith, even she was there with Guts, and they both overheard Griffith say that he didn't think of anyone who wasn't his equal as his friend. She chose Griffith
When Guts went back to find them, again Judeau asked Guts to take Casca with him this time, but at the same time, Casca had already made up her mind she was going to put her feelings for Guts aside, and stay to take care of Griffith's mangled body.
This is not counting all the times she has called Guts a fool for risking his life for her, and all the times she actually attacked him and made him bleed and even stabbed him.
Based on these events, I think it's safe to assume that if Casca's mind is fixed, she will take the first opportunity she can to leave Guts again, and go stand by Griffith's side, since her loyalty to him is similar to a good lapdog who returns to it's master no matter how many times it gets mistreated.
