You can't fucking one up me. He was the most bland, retarded side character I've ever seen. If it wasn't enough that the characterization and the humor was pretty bad in season 2, this fucking guy was the icing on top of the fucking cake.
I've never seen a character that in no way shape or form doesn't get a single second of either compassion or makes me think he might be an interesting character. He was literally the worst character I've seen in any show that had a lot of screen time.
