Goddamn the pacing is fucking horrible. It seems like Kubo doesn't actually plan anything but just makes it up as he goes.
Nothing substantial happens in each chapter besides a small detail that is revealed but won't get any use until he needs it for later. He gets lazy eith the drawings, especially the copy past picture of the broken sword.
I'm glad he's getting canned.

I know Kubo is a troll, but it just doesn't seem like him to end the manga so quickly. Even the fullbring arc, with its rushed conclusion, had a better pacing then the next 5 chapters would have....

A pragmatic editorial decision would be to bring the manga to a close so Kubo can do a new one which could potentially be another hit.
As it is, with Kubo pacing, Bleach can drag on for years whihe the entire extended cast shows up to mug for the camera one last time. It's more prudent to just force Kubo to end it fast.
