This things can be exploited if they are at a right level, and since quirks can be trained it can be be brought to the right level. Fast, explosive growth can be used when throwing objects to give them instant speed and power, or even straight up "shoot" them out, like a spring shoots ball in a pinball machine. Similar idea can be applied to punches and jumps.
Also, assuming he can grow in size and back in a very fast pace, what exactly gonna happen to the air around him? It's going to be pushed out and then sucked back in,again and again in a fast pace. Not sure what gonna happen at that point exactly, but it's probably can have it's own uses as well
