They are consistent, at the very least. Aside for a few outliers, you give them a show to adapt and they will try to adapt it as staunchly to the source as they can.
I consider them the best studio for adaptations.
You can refute that by using Zero no Tsukaima's shitty second season, but it's followed by two more, anyway. That's some dedication. Compare them to Madhouse, Bones and A-1, and only Sunrise could probably beat them in adaptation quality.
