He used to just condense his sword then the extra reshi would just form the new clothes around him now his sword just becomes slightly bigger with no change of clothing no way that his new bankai.

Seal him in another universe/dimension. Urahara, Aizen and Mayuri have all been shown to have done research on space and time. It shouldn't be hard to make a machine or weapon that can ensnare him in a dimension/void that he can't come back from. Given what we know about his desire to remake the worlds (specifically mentioned at one point destroying the barriers between them and forging a new one) and the fact that he can manifest events, I have to wonder if where he's gone is basically a shadow world that exists outside the others, so he can remake them to his own liking.
So he'll remake the world to be this perfect, wonderful place for any of those who come after them, and then strike them down.
But it does really sound like he's planning on merging all the worlds.
It would be pretty interesting to see Kubo just switch to the new world, with Ichigo slowly figuring out something's wrong, especially once his friends start dying. But that won't happen because Isshin and Ryuuken arrived for a reason, and ywach killed off the stern ritters for a reason (from a story perspective)
this implies that the various shinigami will get together with Ichigo's nakama and Isshin/Ryuken to come up with a plan.
That plan will likely be to don the armor that Yoruichi's brother was carrying around, and probably to enfuse everyone's power into Ichigo somehow so he can take on Ywach.
