Lvl.30 is still heroic tier that's really powerful in the NW and don't forget there aree still limits to how powerful one can get Ainz training and YGG items alone can't change that (unless he started giving race change items around to adventurers)..

Level ~50: The top of top and best that can be made in their natural lifetimes, people who have best physical attunement and magical talents(Arche&Fluder equivalents).
Anything beyond: Individuals who performed perfectly in every field and supported directly by Nazarick rather than Adventurer's Guild, probably given race change items and near guaranteed to have extended lifetimes(like Fluder) allowing them to stay in server for several decades, if not centuries. These would be Nazarick equivalent of NW outliers like Rigit, EE and Fluder.
