Lvl 10 dude is equal to a Mythril ranked Adventurer, which are supposedly pretty uncommon, if you don't count the Imperial Knights who are on that level.
Lvl 30 guys still shit on most things in New World, not counting dragons and other mythical high level creatures.

If average adventurers can be get unto a level where they may fight pre-training hamsuke on equal standing, they will be able to explore the area of the Great forest of Job without fear.
It's not that the New World is super dangerous and high level, it's that human standards are pathetically low.
Sure, it may sound great that your average beastman is stronger than 10 average humans, but when you take into account that the average human is like Enri, which means lvl 1, being equal to the strength of 10 peasants isn't that impressive.

I feel like I should point out, if YGGDRASIL operates the same as many other games, that levels are exponential. This means that ten level 1 mooks would not equal a level 10 adventurer and that beastmen, being roughly ten times stronger than average human, aren't necessarily 10 levels higher.
A level gap of 3~5 seems to make a pretty big difference among NW humans after all.

Average beastman has rating 30 which means adventurer needs to be around lvl 10 to defeat him. It doesn't have anything to do with beastman level as it's unknown to Adventurer's Guild.
Also level X beastman is stronger than level X human becaus he has higher stats.

After reading the most recent fanfic, I'm a tad disappointed we didn't get more out of the Kingdom chapter. I wanted to see the King and Lakyus have their interaction regarding Gazef, Reaven leaving in a panic, the talk between Albedo and Renner, Albedo revealing the gifts she brought and the Kings reaction, which nobles from Vol. 9 died and what not, these were all scenes I wished we could have actually read through. And, of course, we got no mention of Carne village...whyyyy?????
