You can replace eyes, wigs, clothing and even swapping bodies can be done relatively cheaply. If have sufficient art skills you can also repaint the face or cut wigs. So you can approximate your favorite character relatively well. I assume you can tell who pic related is.
And DDs heads only have a somewhat limited range of diversity, and they've been on the market for years.
