The MC flees with the help of a few loyal servants and knights, but is hunted by her brother's men.
As the men closes in, the princess gets desperate and enters a supposedly haunted forest, where she happens upon an ancient tomb.
With no choice but to hide there, she enters it, accidentally awaking a demon that was sealed 1000 years ago.
Due to a condition of its awakening, the demon must pact with the princess, and ends up bound to her.
Now, with the world's most ancient evil at her side, she sets out to restore her kingdom.

Eventually, as the show progresses towards the midway point, it becomes evident that transfer student is going to win; much to the ire of childhood friend-chan. As she returns home and cursing the other girls for trying to take away her darling MC-kun, she devises a plan to eliminate them, causing her to become a Shino-tier yandere.
One by one the other girls are eliminated, at the end of the series she breaks into MC-kuns home completely blood soaked and confesses her love for him. MC-kun in rightly horrified, and tries to escape but is cornered and is eventually raped at knife point.
The series ends with childhood friend-chan commuting murder suicide with a short ending about the NATURE OF LOVE.

Steampunk setting, noir detective story. The MC is a stronk woman who sleeps around with men as she pleases and treats most of them like bitches because she's hard-boiled and can get away with it. The show is mostly just case-of-the-week stuff with the occasional SoL episode of her going on a date or trying to deal with some malfunctioning apparatus that sheds more light on the workings of her society and its technology.
A violent, antisocial kid, from a very messed up family, finds out the real reason he's always angry at the world: her mother cheated on her husband with a demon lord, and said demon lord is his real father. He had seduced countless women and has a lot of children, and he wants to pick a successor pitching them one against the other in a tournament/battle royale scenario. Our MC couldn't care less about being a demon lord, but the winner would be commander of legions of demons, and a less scrupulous candidate could make disasters with that power. To make things worse, he has a little sister who, growing close to a demon without knowing it, developed a keen sense for evil energies and ended up being recruited by a faction of demon hunters.
Part of the series would be pure fighting shonen of this guy against demon lord candidates and demon hunters, and part of the series would be the drama of feeling an outsider on his own family, the guy who he thought was his father hating him and leaving the family, and his sister who doesn't know whose side should she take.

A 19th century European doctor travels through the indian outback treating the native folk along the way and collecting information on a variety of tribal medical treatments and remedies. The Core is something or someone that no one has ever saw, but some beings, the so called Guardians of the Core, can feel his presence, power and can hear his voice/orders.
They have been selected by the Core itself and live on The Station to prevent other beings to cross this space and try to interfere on another dimensions or try to reach the Core. This thing was once almighty and ruled on the different universes, it's believed that it was the creator itself all of the things, all the "where" and "when" that exist and have existed.
But with the time the Core has weakened because some beings found out of its existence and since then tried to reach him in order to obtain his power, found out about the truth behind the Core and maybe some answer to cliche things likewhy do we exist, the meaning of life, there is life after death, why no gf if I'm a nice guy.

MC is busy balancing college with a part time job, and since elf-chan cannot cast magic in the real world, nor are her combat skills very marketable, she ends up as a NEET freeloading in MC's apartment. She hasn't seem to have grown up at all since they met, and she's also annoyingly clingy whenever MC is at home. Silly SoL shenanigans ensue, with liberal ecchi. MC starts to get sick of her shit because this has been going on for years and supporting elf-chan has become a burden, which is not helped by the fact that she's hopeless when it comes to domestic chores and that he can't possibly bring home a girlfriend while she's around.It turns out the reason elf-chan is so attached to MC is a host of psychological issues rooted in her past. As a dark elf, her kind had very powerful inherent magical abilities, and as such were feared and discriminated against by other races. Her family was killed, and she adopted her genki personality as a facade in order to stave off feelings of resentment and revenge that would have caused her to morph into the murderous and destructive stereotype that others believed her kind to be. By taking care of MC, she could focus her energy to be a positive, loving influence rather than a negative, hateful one. She had no intention of returning to the fantasy world because she believed she could leave her past behind and focus on living a happy life with MC.

Elf-chan deliberately kept MC unaware of all of this because she didn't want to trouble him with her issues, but as time goes on hints are dropped as her facade slips and he begins to piece together the truth. He eventually confronts her, and she breaks down tearfully, admitting that she's a good-for-nothing in the real world, and that she was using him as a form of escapism to run away from her past. She decides that she should find a way to return to the fantasy world so that she can confront her past and set things right.
They find a way to send elf-chan back to the fantasy world, and as she is about to leave, MC expresses concern for her safety. She thanks him for everything, saying that just as she saved his life, he saved hers. She smiles and reminds him of her powers in the fantasy world, saying that if she tries her best, she will succeed. In his heart, MC realizes that if she really intends to try to resolve the racial divisions peacefully, she's going to get herself killed, which may end up only adding fuel to the fire. He suggests that he should go along with her, bringing some technological advances which he can use as a bargaining chip in the advocacy of peace. Elf-chan points out how most things can simply be accomplished by magic, so technology would have little influence, and also that she could not allow him to put himself in a dangerous land where he can't defend himself. She also says that she shouldn't give up his dreams for her own issues, and that he has a happy life in the real world. However MC doesn't want her to be alone, recognizing how much she depended on his presence to keep moving forward. He proclaims that his destiny lies with her, regardless if it brings him happiness or suffering.

He then sees an update from both the project organizers, who are crying tears of joy for the instant success, and the crowdfunding site itself, who spread the news across the Web. Feeling a sudden immense guilt, he has less than a month on the clock to either:

A boy falls in love with a girl he meets online. The girl turns out to be an AI on a military spy satellite.
The show goes on for a while, kind of like an anime adaptation of Her. Except the AI Girl is an all seeing military AI in space.
Meanwhile tensions with Japan and China are getting more strained. Strained over some islands in the southern Okinawa prefecture. Which is giving more work to Ai. Soon she doesn't have enough spare processing power to keep up with work and relationship.
the military notices and wants to factory reset her. So she does nothing but work again. Ai tells the boy this and they form a plan to get her downloaded. So she can be safe and remain with the Boy.

An anime schoolgirl version of Jackass. The whole show is just adorably stupid schoolgirls setting up adorably stupid stunts and getting hurt in adorably stupid ways.
Except since they're anime characters they recover much faster from their injuries, and they can make hilarious reaction faces that Johnny Knoxville couldn't even dream of.
Teekyuu is probably the closest thing that already exists.

With no one who will believe him, he intimidates a group of otaku in the History Club into helping him. They think he's crazy but agree to humor him.
Each episode is the History club explaining some important concept or technology to the MC, and then switches him trying to implement this knowledge in the fantasy world. It starts out with basic shit like cleaning wounds, and slowly moves up to stuff like refining iron or lens grinding. The MC becomes an important person, slowly improving the conditions of his adopted kingdom/citystate.

I remember one of the girls in Princess Nine had a similar backstory where she disguised herself as a boy so she could keep playing baseball. I could see a full anime about that concept working pretty well. I'd certainly watch the hell out of it.
The main girl is the catcher, and the team's ace pitcher discovers her true identity but agrees to keep her secret. They practice together in the park away from the team, leading to some cute and sometimes awkward interactions like "I can't get into the catcher's position while I'm wearing a skirt, you'll see my panties!"
The show would be about their games on the field, their interactions off the field, and their struggle to keep her true identity hidden from their teammates.

1000 years ago, an evil necromancer raised an army of the dead and tried to turn humanity into a farm for his legions. Although he was defeated, several intelligent undead remained, compelled by his dark magic to carry out his will.
In modern times, these events are considered little more than legends, but now the forces of death have begun to move at last.
