Remove word "good" and I will agree. But that doesn't make them likeable (at least in anime, not manga). Keith wanted to execute Freyja, Bogue wants to kill them all the time and acts just like a joke character. Twins are non-existant. The only sympathetic Knight is Herman because he seems to be reasonable and we got a little bit info about his background.

It's mostly because we haven't really been given any reason as to why they're doing evil shit. They say shit like "but the NUN have oppressed us" or "look at that bigass scar on our world", but then we never see any indications of NUN oppression, and, as far as we know, that giant lightning scar was in the middle of nowhere.
Like, mind controlling the entire population of several worlds is unequivocally evil, especially since many of them have nothing to do with the conflict. Maybe if they were going through hard times or some shit, we could sympathize with Windermere, but we don't really see them having enough reason to be so butthurt that they would attack innocent bystanders.
