I have a very dumb question. I have a chapter ~30pages that is originally about 55 MB raw, and after I have cleaned, level, and translated it, it is ~65 MB raw by my normal method of saving the page files. That is reasonable file size, right? Not a ridiculously increase?

At first glace, this answer seems ridiculous to me, given that normal size that I see for 30 page chapters with no color pages is 30~45 MB, but I am taking your word for it that having a good translated chapter can have a change from 55 MB raw to 20 MB.

The anime stuff understood the the manga perfectly. I think most people agree that the ending implies that Gennai plan worked. If so, Eiji's last fantasy suits how much of a shitbird he became in the manga later very well. Hell, they probably understood it better that the author since I doubt Esuno puts that much thought into his characters.

If you're looking for someone to redraw the color pages, you'd probably be better off just buying the volumes. They have sections at the back with all the color pages included.
There is content from Teppu (8 new pages in the final chapter, chapter 30.5 and some more) which has yet to be translated. Just throwing it out there if there's anyone interested in it. I believe the scans can be found on AB, though I'm not completely sure.

I'll do that, haven't been sure on whether to contact Waterflame Scanlations or Animexis. WFS did the last few chapters (30-33) though Animexis did/has ben involved with rest. I think I'll just contact WFS and if they're not interested, check if Animexis is. It'd probably not be a good idea to contact two scanlation groups at the same time after all, though competition is good.
