Kazuma's party is pretty much consists of overspecialized hypercompetent people, except for himself of course. He's a somewhat competent generalist and daycare worker that makes sure that his three problem children don't get themselves in too much trouble.
Aqua's a dumbass but is stupidly powerful, Darkness has debilitating tendencies, but is stupidly sturdy. Megumin can only provide extreme overkill and collateral damage once a day, and is a burden afterwards. They're seriously only useful if they're being supported by each other, and even then, only because Kazuma keeps encountering ridiculously powerful enemies.
Literally everyone in the party is deranged, and hilariously each of them thinks that they're the only sane ones keeping the group together. Pretty much only Kazuma is even capable of functioning outside this group (Aqua is... Aqua, Darkness and Megumin both disrupt existing party dynamics too much to be a permanent member), even though he really isn't anything special (Like in Volume 6, where literally everyone gets showered in praise and accomplishments while Kazuma gets killed by kobolds.
