To be honest, the "reality" in this story ends up way over the top by the fact it's a hentai and a Shindol work to emphasize. The guy lately tries to do something "realistic", but ends up getting too over the top and bad at writing, even for doujin standards, that is cringeworthy. That other doujin by quzilax, on the other hand, is less over the top and more accurate to portray the subject in question.
