If I remember right, Aizen being behind his own murder wasn't planned and originally the manga was going to end shortly after the SS arc. When Kubo decided that he wanted the manga to keep going is when he came up with Kyoka Suigetsu and Aizen's whole scheme, but Tosen had already been introduced by that point so the "Tosen was on my side all along" was kind of hastily written in after the fact to cover up any potential plot holes.

Considering the amount of hints and how Rukia's execution never made any sense I doubt that.
I'm pretty sure the general plot of the SS and quincy arcs were thought in the first part of the SS arc. General that is, so just a few stuffs.
