I love how misleading this is especially when you look at the original goal and how LWA exceeded it by 5 times and had to extend its stretch goals due to demand while UTD didn't make any of its stretch goals. Like that other anon stated all this shows is that UTD cost more and all we're getting is a shitty pilot while LWA started out as a short and got extended to a movie thanks to the overwhelming support. It feels more like a poetic message to show how /v/ is gullible enough to spend this much extra money on anime just like buying DLCs, that they are simple enough to put their money without thinking over the relevant details like who is producing it.
