Well, you kind of need a car to be a functining member of society in America so even if letting people who can barely drive to do it seems unwise, it just can't be helped. Anyway, I'm not from there, so no. Obligatory driving school plus they will make the exam harder from september which means it will probably be impossible to pass without bribes.

Never bribed even once in driving school. In Canada it really isn't required but you take a driving school to get a discount on insurance usually. The test they give you in driving school is just a fucking refresher of the learners exam with a bit more questions. The school/learners exam is basic road knowledge and safety. The drivers exam here is just the actual road test and that's that.

Yup, thing was stated to to have 104 hp from the factory but 26 years later with a good bit of that time being neglected by my grandpa, it can't have more than 100 hp. Lightweight though, quoted to weigh about 2400 lbs in the manual, but all of the rust it has has probably shaved off a 100 lbs.
