I wanted to laugh at silly and simple jokes but this is hearthwarming, sad, funny and intriguing, all at the same time. Also, that soundtrack.Why did Nichijou flop again?

Some jokes get stretched way too much, but I guess that's expected from a gag manga adaptation, what I would've liked is more original slice of life moments to fill the 22 minutes worth of episode without fucking up the pacing of some of the jokes.
Nichijo's gags just didn't work for me. I found the show quite boring.
