I reached a point where I don't have any hope in Super, that's why when something good happens I am impressed. I liked these last two episodes so I'm just waiting for the moment everything goes to shit yet again when Trunks jobs AGAIN against Black, then when Vegeta jobs, then I will probably drop it again because I don't give a fucking shit about muh Goku fighting, Super made me hate Goku.
If I am lucky in the last episode of this arc Trunks could interact with Gohan for like a minute and maybe Kid Trunks can get some development.

Yes, he is overpowered. In the manga, the version Salagir follows according to him, Vegetto had to turn SSJ in the first second he was born to face Buuhan, yet in DBM Gohan can't touch him even in his base form. And even when he was starved in the novel no one was able to touch him. Salagir overpowered him too much, same with his cocky bitchy daughter. But Toriyama is doing the same with Goku, no one can be as cool as him.
