I don't understand the question, they are both good MCs for different reasons. Gon has an interesting, nuanced personality and character development, Yusuke is likable and charismatic.

He very clearly has a problem with Genthru killing a bunch of people and even says he's completely unforgivable plus the first thing he did when got Alluka'd was apologize about getting someone killed and say that he should've been the one to die instead.
