Numbers are all shaky because of all the different variables like racial levels or combat ability versus physical ability. Even normal ogres and trolls are stronger and more resilient than Gazef and other Adamantite ranks, but they can make up for the different in strength with combat ability and easily defeat them. Ainz was easily stronger physically than the other troll but his combat ability was just comparable to Mithril ranks, so that would put him at like a level 40 in physical stats maybe, and level of like 15 in combat ability.

Is there any particular reason why Ainz won't use the WCI in a controlled environment? Was it ever said if they have a limited amount of uses, a large cooldown or significant drawbacks? There must be at least one in Nazerick that grants benefits or boosts or abilities, like I read somewhere that the big scroll can store experience points.
If Ainz was using a divine sword he could have ignore all the bullshit fighting strategy and cut that troll in 2 halves bypassing all the armor or his heavy weapon.
