I overall like the songs in Delta more. Frontier had a lot of hit and miss songs (some really great ones at that, but also some that are meh).
Actionwise, Frontier had a lot more of heavy ordinance going off, armored packs, quarter going gung ho, etc. However, the vajra was not a fascinating enemy. By comparison Delta hasn't had as much action, but the times it really does its action has been absolutely fantastic (like episode 1, episode 8 and 10 had some really wonderful dogfights)
