I never cared much for parts one to three though, they really aren't that good in hindsight and I was years late on the hype train.
I'm not saying there should be no fun allowed, I actually enjoy watching animeonlys reactions to certain things as they happen, it's just a shame that most of the time they meme the shit out everything instead of discussing their actual thoughts on a new episode. Then there's the /co/ autism which I won't go into.
Obviously the manga fanbase isn't free of this either but it seems small in comparison to the new audience.

thematically they're interesting and there's a driving force that guides the plot that gives a feeling of forward movement and progression.
there's a greater attempt to explain the science behind and surrounding super powers in part 4 but the fights have not been interesting in themselves. take the recent episode, the banter from the guitar guy was forgettable and explaining the electrical wires and tar shit didn't add anything interesting to the actual fight

Part 4 has a slow start.
It seems worse in the anime since it's much faster to read through the fluff at the beginning than to watch 11 full episodes of it.
Next episode might also be boring to sit through 20 minutes of but it's a fun downtime arc.
I don't remember when Ratt is but that's pretty much the only low point from here on out, and even that has some nice Josuke / Jotaro bonding andStar Platinum: The Worldis revealed.
Part 4 just isn't for everyone though, especially if you're expecting Part 3 again instead of shounen scooby doo.
