Never mind then, it would have been great if Yuya got an Xyz during this duel against Edo, and then got its Xyz Pendulum upgrade during a 2nd duel with Kaito. If by points you mean events: Yuya constantly referenced his character development in Synchro both in dialogue and in action and the way he thought about things was explicitly shown to be clearly different from how he acted in Standard. Well, the only really skippable episodes are 19 and 20.
Michie is relevant to Battle Royale in a small, but important way and Prison arc not only explains a bit about Synchro but it also provides important character interaction between Lancers like showing Shun's growing concern for his fellow Battle Royale Lancers and showing how their quirks help them collectively get through shit; furthermore, it establishes Roger as a vaguely competent villain through his immediate capture of the Lancers right after.
The problem with Synchro arc is that nothing it has is necessarily pure filler so much as the middle 10 eps (66-76) and to a lesser extent, Prison arc, are somewhat bloated in a similar fashion to early Maiami.

Nah, Roger is a great villain. He's got a clearly defined goal, his plans are numerous, multifaceted, and sensible. Furthermore, he only ever loses due to his pride or circumstances he couldn't predict like Reiji sending Reira and Tsukikage to save Selena, Tsukikage freeing the lancers + the commons rebellion, and Selena/Sergey losing due to their own different sets of values.
At all other times he's one step ahead of nearly everyone and shows himself to be pretty competent at what he does.

Roger is like a fart in the wind compared to past bigger villains and their motivations, like Godwin or Pegasus.
A guy saying he wants to do x and going through the motions doesn't automatically mean he has the charismatic personality or depth to be engaging while on screen, especially when what he's remembered for the most is his funny screams. He has more characterization than some uggo like Sam, but there's not a whole lot propping up his character besides him wanting to rule his own dimension. He doesn't need a sob story, but Arc-V has this problem where its cast is wide and large, but has the overall depth of a kiddy pool, save for a few exceptions.

Prison Arc's got some good moments with lancers working together and clearly shows the distinction of how Shun treats Battle Royale lancers vs Dennis or Reiji, so that's at least slightly important.
67's got a nice conflict between Reiji and Yuya regarding Reira, I'd bump that one up to an absolute must.
68's fairly important for little details like Reiji having Tsukikage throw his match to do underground surveillance and the intro/explanation of Shinji.
81-82: while Crow/Shun isn't great, it's very important to round out Shun's progression since it's the point where he snaps out of the paranoid rage that Dennis spent all of 75 putting him in, so bump that to fairly important.
83 is the real turning point for Sora, so that's very important, also we don't know how Yuzu gets underground without this ep.
84 fleshes out Yugo and Rin's relationship and 84-85 overall is decent for Selena development, so overall it's at least kinda important.
As a sidenote: I really like the Yuzu/Enjoy duel as how it shows how much Yuzu understands him, which is a nice reminder after they were separated for over 20 eps at that point. But, your ranking of its importance is rather accurate.
